    DS8326

    DS8326 Waterborne Epoxy Resin

    Product Characteristics

This product is a high-molecular-weight, single-component, waterborne epoxy dispersion resin with good water diluting properties. It is generally recommended for metal surface coatings and exhibits excellent adhesion to metal and water resistance of the paint film.

    Product Applications

Industrial light anticorrosion coatings, electrical insulation waterborne epoxy impregnation paint

    Physical Parameters

    Appearance White emulsion GB/T8237 6.1.1
    Viscosity (25℃, Mpas) 500~5000 GB/T7193 4.1
    Solid Content (%) 40±2 GB/T7193 4.3
    PH 7.0 - 9.0 PH meter
Minimum Film Formation Temperature (MFT, ℃) 0 GB/T9267

    Resin Instructions

During use, no PH regulator is needed. The temperature for pigment and filler dispersion should not exceed 50℃. When designing the formulation, additives or pigments must be proven stable in the formulation through testing before use. If the additive contains substances that can react with epoxy groups, it will affect the stability of the formulation.

    Packaging Specifications

Net weight 200KG/barrel, HDPE barrel packaging, packaging is not recyclable.

    Precautions

Store in the original sealed container at 0℃ - 40℃. This product has high stability and has a shelf life of 12 months from the production date. During storage, the viscosity may decrease, but this does not affect the use. To prevent possible freezing, the product should be placed in a frost-proof environment. Please read the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) carefully before using the product.
