    Acrylic emulsion for dyeing ZF562-6K fire hose

    Product Description

    This product is an acrylic emulsion made from the copolymerization of acrylic functional monomers. It forms a soft film and is used for dyeing fire hoses and civilian textile woven water pipes.

     

    Dyeing Principle

    Hose dyeing involves preparing a dispersion of water, water-based acrylic emulsion, water-based color paste, and curing agent in a certain proportion. The hose is evenly coated with the colored liquid through a padding process, then dried at high temperature. The water-based acrylic emulsion forms a colored resin film on the fabric, mechanically fixing the pigment to the fiber, resulting in a colored fire hose with water and abrasion resistance.

    Process Flow

    Padding dyeing liquid (one dip-pad, room temperature) → Infrared drying (infrared or hot air) → Drying (80~120℃, 2~5min) → Post-treatment → Inspection → Packaging.

     

    Precautions

    ▪ The working bath temperature during padding should not be too high, generally room temperature. The working liquid preparation time should not exceed 24 hours to prevent premature reaction of the water-based polyurethane, causing serious thickening and preventing normal dyeing.

    ▪ Drying should be contactless, such as infrared or hot air drying; drum drying should not be used.

    ▪ Drying must be thorough; otherwise, color fastness and wear resistance will be affected.

     

    Packaging and Transportation

    ▪ This product is packaged in plastic barrels, net weight 50Kg or 125Kg.

    ▪ This product is a water-based emulsion, non-flammable and non-explosive, and is transported as non-hazardous goods.

    ▪ This product should be stored and transported at 5-35℃, with a shelf life of 6 months.
