    PU9-30K Water-Based Polyurethane Hot Melt Adhesive

    Product Description

    This product is a water-based hot melt polyurethane adhesive. It is safe, non-toxic, odorless, and non-irritating. It is mainly used for coating PVC films and fabric finishing, and is also suitable for composite bonding between PVC and sponge, paper, fabric, and fabric-to-fabric.

    Performance Characteristics

    ▪ Non-toxic, safe, non-flammable, non-explosive, no release of harmful gases such as formaldehyde, and easy to clean.

    ▪ Excellent high-temperature adhesion resistance of the PVC film produced by coating.

    ▪ Especially suitable for the lamination of card base materials for UV ink products. It has excellent initial and final adhesion strength and excellent resistance to temperature and humidity aging.

    ▪ The single component has good heat resistance, and adding 2-5% curing agent can achieve a temperature resistance of over 90℃.

     

    Precautions

    ▪ Construction method: screen roller coating.

    ▪ Drying temperature 120-140-120℃.

    ▪ The composite method is hot-press roller composite, hot-pressing temperature 140℃-160℃ (determined by speed), hot-press roller pressure ≥0.3Mpa.

    ▪ Ensure that the adhesive is applied evenly and dried thoroughly. The recommended adhesive application amount is 3-8g/m2 of dry film (the thicker the substrate, the greater the adhesive application amount).

     

    Packaging and Transportation

    ▪ This product is a water-based emulsion, non-flammable and non-explosive, and is transported as non-dangerous goods.

    ▪ This product should be transported and stored at 5-35℃, with a shelf life of six months. Net weight 50Kg or 125Kg plastic drum packaging.
