PUS-95 Crosslinking Promoter
Product Description
PUS-95 is a multifunctional crosslinking promoter with 100% active content. Adding 0.5-2% to water-based acrylic emulsion or polyurethane dispersion significantly improves its water resistance, chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, and adhesion on special substrates.

Application Range
▪ In leather finishing, it improves the water resistance, washability, chemical resistance, and high-temperature resistance of the film-forming substance;
▪ In water-based clearcoats and water-based coatings, it can improve the film's water resistance, alcohol resistance, washability, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance;
▪ It can generally improve the adhesion of water-based systems on non-porous substrates;
▪ Improves the water resistance and washability of water-based printing inks;
▪ In textiles, it can improve the water resistance, anti-stickiness, and high-temperature resistance of water-based printing coatings.
Formulation Reference
▪ The curing agent PUS-95 is a multifunctional crosslinking agent; generally, 0.5%-2% of PUS-95 (based on the total amount of emulsion) is needed to crosslink all acrylic or polyurethane dispersions. PUS-95 should be added before use in clearcoats, coatings, and inks. Due to its excellent miscibility, manual stirring is sufficient.
▪ After adding the PUS-95 crosslinking agent, it can be cured naturally at room temperature. If high-temperature baking is required, it must be baked at 120℃-150℃ for 1-2 minutes.
▪ The crosslinking speed of PUS-95 is slower than that of other systems, usually reaching its optimal state 3-4 days after film formation.
Usage and Storage
▪ Store in a cool, dry warehouse.
▪ Water should not enter during use, otherwise it will affect the effect.
