PU53E Yellowing Resistant Waterborne Polyurethane Resin
Product Description
Aliphatic isocyanate and a variety of polymer materials copolymerized water dispersion. Compared with similar resins, it shows excellent hydrolysis resistance, thermal stability, weather resistance and solvent resistance. It is most suitable for PVC leather, genuine leather bright coating, TPU film and textile composite, waterproof coating, paper coating, textile or fiber dyeing.

Performance Characteristics
▪ Maintains softness at low temperatures; as a composite adhesive, it can withstand 60℃ hot water washing
▪ Excellent heat resistance and weather resistance; yellowing resistance reaches level four
▪ The film-forming resin is soft and has good water resistance
Application Range
▪ Film-forming resin for papermaking and coating industries
▪ Resin for textile coating and plastics industries
▪ When used as an adhesive, it can be used for composite materials with special properties

Precautions
▪ When using this product, a certain amount of curing agent can be added, the amount is about 0.8%-1%, and then cured at room temperature or high temperature.
▪ This product can be used in combination with other anionic or non-ionic PA and PU resins.
▪ After use, cover the product immediately to prevent skinning and dust from affecting its use.
Packaging and Transportation
▪ This product is a water-based emulsion, non-flammable and non-explosive, and is transported as non-dangerous goods.
▪ This product should be transported and stored at 5-35℃, with a shelf life of six months. Net weight 50Kg or 125Kg plastic drum packaging.
